PDP Topcoat is a durable 100% acrylic elastomeric coating designed specifically for use over new polyurethane foam roofing systems, recoating existing foam roofing systems and for conventional roofs requiring superior adhesion and solar reflectance.

Bonds to a variety of clean, dry surfaces to provide protection from the elements of weathering. Recommended as a sealer over rock roofs, claytiles, and clean wood shake.

Silicone Coating SC 900 is a 100% silicone, high solids, solvent-free, one-component, moisturecuring silicone rubber roof coating system for use on existing smooth asphaltic BUR, smooth or granulated cap sheet, single ply roof membrane, well adhered acrylic coating, metal, concrete, sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam and various aged membrane roofing. The system provides a long-term weathering protection and resists the effects of ozone, ultraviolet radiation and temperature extremes.

Non-Fibered Aluminum forms a durable, protective metallic shield that extends the life of asphalt and metal roof surfaces. Formulated with selected asphalts andhigh-quality aluminum pigments with refined solvents. Non-destructive to asphalt-based roofing membranes and has great moisture and heat-resistance properties.

APOC 300 Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion is a UL Rated, professional grade product for coating built-up, mineral surfaced, metal, concrete, corrugated and other roof surfaces. It is also great for use in polyester roofing systems. APOC 300 has excellent weathering qualities and is non-flammable, odorless and bonds to damp or dry surfaces. It can also be used for dampproofing above or below grade foundation walls, sealing masonry surfaces and retaining walls and as an anti-corrosive wood, metal, and pipe coating. Finally, APOC 300 contains no solvents so it will not deteriorate or harm insulation or  polystyrene boards and is easy to use and clean up. Meets ASTM D1227 Type III, ICC ESR-3796.

Del-Val 121 Non-Fibered Emulsion Coating is an asphalt-based clay emulsion coating designed for both brush and spray applications on a variety of roof surfaces. Del-Val 121 Non-Fibered Emulsion Coating has excellent resistance to water and cures to a tough, durable finish.

BOSS® 125 Multi-Seal® Building/Construction Sealant is a multi-purpose, one part sealant, formulated with USP™ Technology. This unique sealant is free from solvents and isocyanate’s. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a highly durable flexible sealant. BOSS® 125 Multi-Seal® has been formulated to offer outstanding primerless adhesion to most common building materials including vinyl, aluminum, steel, concrete, wood and glass. It can be applied and tooled under most weather conditions.

Del-Val 100 Quick-Dry Asphalt Primer is designed for use as an all-purpose utility prime coat for concrete, masonry, Gypsum, brick and metal surfaces, where roofing, waterproofing, damp-proofing and other asphalt coatings are applied. DO NOT USE with EPDM, PVC, TPO or other single-ply membranes.

Super Putty was designed as a patching compound for repairing cracks, splits, tears and open voids in existing spray polyurethane foam, built-up and modified bitumen, metal and single ply surfaces. Super Putty is a premium grade elastomeric water-based compound which combines acrylic polymers with high solids content. This durable acrylic patching compound has outstanding adhesion, elongation, UV stable, weatherability and can be applied to a variety of roofing surfaces.

Butter Grade is an exceptionally versatile, tough yet flexible membrane that is easily brush or trowel-applied at thickness up to. ¼” thick. It is also an excellent repair material for direct-to-metal (DTM) repairs, spray polyurethane foam, smooth built-up, smooth modified, bitumen, granulated modified bitumen, aged single ply roof membrane, flashings, fasteners and drains.

Modified Asphalt Primer is an acrylic modified asphalt primer designed for use over various existing roofing substrates. This cost-effective primer has outstanding adhesion characteristics. Modified Asphalt Primer can be used over wood, concrete, granulated build-up or modified bitumen, metal and single ply membranes as well as previously coated roofing substrates.

A-P Primer is a low solid water-based 100% acrylic primer designed to properly prepare a variety of roofing substrates prior to the installation of spray polyurethane foam and acrlyic elastomeric topcoats. A-P Primer can be used over wood, concrete, granulated build-up or modified bitumen, metal and single ply membranes as well as previously coated roofing substrates.
